Message of the day: Exodus 14:14 says The Lord will fight for you, you need only be still.
Sometimes we get so caught up in our world and trying to fight our own battles we forget that God has our back and if He is for us nothing can stop us. Sometimes we simply need to shut up, step back and let God be God.
Isaiah 40:25-31 says "To whom will you compare me? Or who is my equal? Says the Holy One.'Lift your eyes to the hevens! Who created all these? He who brings forth the starts one by one, and calls them forth each by name. Because of His great power and mighty strength not one of them is missing."
Don't we serve a magnificent God?
I promise I didn't make this up: I was having a conversation with a random person I ended up sitting with on the bus on the way to a football game (I'm in the band. Please don't judge) and I asked him a random question to make small talk. I said "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
He said"When I grow up..." and then he chuckled
"What?" I asked.
"I can't even finish that sentence"

Does anyone know how to make covers? I could really use one for Beneath the Oak Tree and I have no idea how to make them.
Guess what I did today!!! I finished Beneath the Oak Tree!!! Yay!!! This is the first long book I have ever finished, and I know it needs some improving, but I'm still going to put what I have on here. I'm only going to put the next chapter or two up because its late and we just got back from a really long car trip, so... Enjoy!!
I got my laptop back early! Yay! So I'm going to get right to work on Beneath the Oak Tree. I am determinded to get it finished before summer is over. So I'll hopefully have an update in the next few days, and I hope to have it finished in the next two and half months.
