I'm not going to have a super long note, but I was recently told I have depression, mild depression, and post traumatic stress disorder. All of my friends ask me why I have it, and I tell them I'm fine. They also ask me what I would do if I met One Direction.

I would smile with tears in my eyes as I hug all five of them one by one and not let them see how broken I am and say, "There is a world of fans who love you for you but you will never love them the way we love you. When you see a crowd, we see our superheroes. When you hug a fan, that hug may have just saved a life, stopped a bad habit, changed a mind set. We aren't fans for your looks. We are fans because of your music. The love we have for you may never be returned, but it will never weaken because you break up or someone in the band goes insane. It will stay exactly the same, growing and escalating with every moment you try your best to support us." Then I'd leave my phone number while I walk away crying because they shouldn't know the extent of how broken any of us really are. If they did, they'd try too hard to help us even if they know they can't.
