@1Ddirty 'm in the process of writing a story that contains sex scenes.  I asked Kevin from Wattpad the amount of detail I could use during my sex scenes and he informed me that if they deemed my story explicit than it would be given a mature R rating, rather than a soft R rating and could only be access by my fans.
          
          So if the story your are reading suddenly show's 'private' then you must become a fan to continue reading.
          
          If you are writing the story then the chapters will become private, if deemed above the 'content guidelines' for submitting a story. Unless you edit them to be within the guidelines then you can request Wattpad remove the private status. If your story has restricted material then Wattpad may deem your story inappropriate and remove it so best to consult them if in doubt. Which was what I did.

hey guys we're uploading our imagines but when we do they come up as private so I no one can see them, does anyone know how to take them off private? 

@Karren19 we have written a couple more but we are having trouble trying to upload them :/
