Question for y'all orchestra/band/choir peeps: What is the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened during a concert or practice?

@-Beautifully_Broken- I remember once I started three beats early because the cellos had to wait until measure 3 to begin but I started on measure two and I got the death glare from my orch teacher

I have repeatedly missed rests, and messed up my piece. I sometimes skip entire measures. It’s all very embarrassing!
