The first full chapter of Withering Magnolia is now out!! Hopefully things will move faster with the first chapter out of the way now ^^ also if you have been reading before it was finished, I would HIGHLY recommend that you read it from the start again since I've changed several things around.

One more page left! I actually get to write less because I did a bit of research and turns out the page size I decided to format it to was actually the BIGGEST size for a chapter book to be, so I made it a bit smaller which really bumped up my page count! I just have to write one more page and the first chapter will be finished by this week!! It MAY take a little longer since I'm really trying to make sure there are no grammar mistakes or misspells before I post the final finished first chapter tho.

Alright, so I went back and fixed as many mistakes that I possibility could in withering magnolia. The next time I update it, the whole chapter will be finished (hopefully). IM WORKING ON IT I PROMISE!! I actually have more written than I added when I updated it. I'm trying to write at LEAST 14 pages per chapter, and for reference, I'm currently at 9 pages (in the Word document) so it might take a bit...

          Now I know I have barely even started WM, BUT I was laying in my bed one night, reading Tex, and it just hit me. THE BEST IDEA EVER. I will say that this one is gonna be more grounded to reality rather than how ever you would describe Withering Magnolia (mb, I forgot y'all don't know the entire plot yet but anyway) and it's actually going to be written from a male pov, which I accidentally found out I'm better at than writing a pov from someone of my own gender. Idk how that works. But I think this could possibly be even better than Withering Magnolia in some ways, its gonna have a lot more action and all that. SADLY I couldn't find any characters that I could kill off for emotional purposes, since the important ones are TOO important, and the side characters aren't important ENOUGH. So no emotionally destroying my readers ig

          MY FAVORITE: WILL (William... I forgot my own characters last name. Jack's bsf btw)
          
          Idk what's up with my favorite character always being the main characters male best friend with curly hair, but yea.
          Also, WM originally started as my own ocs, but in LBS, I actually created the characters for the book, and not the book for the characters.

As you know, I'm still in school. Since I'm writing all of Withering Magnolia only on my school laptop, I have had to wait until school started back to continue writing. Now that school has started, I will be getting my laptop on Wednesday this week so hopefully I can complete my book this year! I will try to post chapters as much as I can, but they will probably take a while for me to write considering how much I edit them. I will try my best to complete chapter one before the month ends, so I hope that you'll enjoy all of Withering Magnolia as I can finally get back to writing!
