@AngelOfDeathHauntsMe Try honey with hot tea. Or you can suck on popsicles, but try staying away from milk based products cause that can worsen it
@AngelOfDeathHauntsMe try mixing bee honey with lemon juice and sip it slowly, like in tbsp size portions whenever you're throat feels itchy
