@Bi1slover fr i get you almost 2 months clean and it was NOT easy but i knew i had to stop it. it is an addition and its hard but even if i was a day clean i was happy that i lasted that long and told myself ok now you see you can be a day, now do two and day by day it was just better. I still get the urge sometimes but i try do distract myself even if its the middle of the night. You got this <3 Love ya
