Depression is not good and is well depressing, but life is like a giant rollercoaster. It goes up when life is good like good relationships, but goes down when life isn't do good like your parents arguing about getting divorced. Either way in the long run life is supposed to be already planned out for you or something, but I'm not sure thats always how it goes...
