@28_golden honestly the manga hurts alot more bc the way he grieves...and when i finished it i was crying cause they were meant to be and the fact that ash never lived a life outside violence and he didnt get a chance to go japan or spend time with eiiji. Ash grew up with all that and never got a chance to live :(

@Calm_down_jamal24 same,the manga  is so much worse cus you see Eiji after and he never moves on and he does such depressing stuff like he never cuts his hair because ash touched it, If he sees someone who even looks a little like ash he freaks out and thinks it's him. AND on Halloween he sees someone with a pumpkin who looks exaclty like Ash and he swears it was him but it wasn't
