I mean it is kinda rude to put books that you think is “bad” right on the spot. But I think giving good criticism is better then just doing so.

If an author says that they want constructive criticism then I'd happily provide them with it. The reading list is just to prevent me from reading a story over again and to let me know what I thought about it for future reference.
