Tom was from an abusive home. When he was 5 he watched his father get shot and afterwards, after 4 years, his mom married the same man who burned Tom's eyes to a crisp. He hated Richard and when he caught a whiff if it, he decided to go to his fathers old farm house and douse it in gasoline, leaving Tom inside as it was set ablaze. It burnt off the right side off his face, destroyed both of his middle fingers and fucked up a tendon in his pinky. When he was in the hospital, the skin on his cheek, by his mouth, started to rot and decay, so the doctors took it off to save him. Also during his time in the hospital his right eyelid fell off. The hospital gave him a cheaply made mask and sent him on his way. During his time in the hospital, his mother got pregnant. Tom hated this because now he would need to take care of 2 kids, his twin and now the baby. His mother never found out about the abuse of her kid or the fire, but his twin did. His twin, Javi, did everything he could to help. But one day, a few days after Tom finally fully healed, he was taken by his mom and his now step dad Richard to an amusement park. On this day his mother squeezed right into the already packed seat and she was pretty tall. That day his mom got her head pulled clean off in that rollercoaster. This was the moment he realized he was truly an orphan and outcast. He had no friends, except his best friend from Russia. When they got home, there was no babysitter and Javi was crying. In the few days Tom and Richard were gone, the babysitter for Javi and their little sister had left at her scheduled time. But heavy was a little kid and he didn't know what to feed their sister and she died from consuming water. Javi was never charged but Richard was for child negligence. Tom and Javi were sent to live with their grandparents, where he watched them die too.
