I had to stop someone from jumping into traffic today and I seriously want to cry.
To those who might be having thoughts like that person, please don't do it. Get help, talk to someone! A therapist, a friend (but remember they aren't trained to help) or even just write in a journal. I know it won't help everyone but you'll never know until you try. Life is tough, especially at the moment, but try to hold on for a bit. You can do this, I'm sure of it.
