I just lost a 610 day Duolingo streak because it glitched I wanna cryyy
@wheelsvoid I GOT IT BACK I opened Duolingo on safari and it said I still had my streak so I did my lesson there and it updated in the app to a 610 day streak I’ve dedicated so much time to it I was going to delete it off my phone if I didn’t get it back- I was so mad
I swear making friends is the bane of my existence. how does a teenager make friends when they don’t go to school?? my only close friend is dating my brother now and I’m in desperate need of physical interaction
I have to leave for work tomorrow at 7am but I stayed up till 1:30am making my mum a Mother’s Day card…
no regrets, I’m going to by her a bouquet of lilies on my way to dinner after work cause there her favourite flowers
I have to sing tomorrow but I think I’m losing my voice and I’m going to crash out if I can’t fix it before tomorrow
@wheelsvoid it ended up being okay, I was playing Karen Smith in Mean Girls the Musical and I was incredibly nervous for the very last vocal run in Sexy (if you’ve ever heard it you know what I mean) but it wasn’t too bad, better then I thought, the vocal rest (aka me not talking the entire day prior) helped lmao See, you get it! Any warm flavoured water is really unappealing to me too. Maybe that’s why I don’t like tea but it’s not even near the level of bad lemon and honey water is

Also before i finished reading that i was thinking about how I wouldn’t like the taste. The idea of any warm water, no matter the flavour, sounds unappealing to me

@wheelsvoid I KNOW I’m dying, it’s still in the -30°c/-40°c today and I actually had to go out, this is crazy, it’s horrid
@wheelsvoid </3 I hate the cold T-T It was -45°c this morning (which is insane to me) and my brother had to go out and drive himself to his swordsmanship class that’s three hours and you can’t start his car to warm it up so he was freezing when he got out, I felt so bad for him but I got to stay inside with hot coffee and cookies in a sweater so I’m happy

Is it is just me that wears short skirts in the winter?? In like -20°c? No tights?? My brothers calling me crazy
@wheelsvoid exactly!! My logic is I own more skirts then I do pants and I live in Canada so only wearing them when they’re warm is a waste lmao
