Ok serious question. Isn't two pieces of bread with a slice of cheese the same shit as a grill cheese? NO, i'll tell you why. It's because grill cheese has melted cheese, therefore speaking it's no longer cheese. But if it's not melted, still maintaining its physical and chemical textures
It's like eating a S'more. That shít ain't a s'more if the chocolate isn't melted to perfection. If it's not melted it's just two crackers with a marshmallow and a piece of Hershey chocolate in it. It's the same thing with hot chocolate, if you don't heat up some milk and then put the mix in with MILK that ain't hot chocolate. like using water for hot chocolate is one, disgusting and two, it just doesn't hit the same way milk does.
