IM ALIVEEE i promise D: finding a job rn and finishing school has been my main priority but as ive sworn to you lovely people, I WILL FINISH THIS BOOK 

totally irrelevant rant but wdym i have to start applying to post-grad jobs like... wdym i have to be an adult now, that's so scary. esp with the current state of the world. UGH i dont wanna. i feel like i know NOTHINGGG yet i'm supposed to be living by myself, probably moving away from anyone I know, and working a 9 to 5 in a new unfamiliar city? HELLO?? this is a painful process. I HATE BIG SCARY CHANGE LIKE THIS. 
          
          i mean... idek when i'm going to actually land a job either lets be real bc this job market is... wow.
          
          so if you're wondering why updates are so slow, it's bcuz i'm in a CRISIS rn (jk i'm being dramatic but also not really)

next chapter will be released soon my loves. i was going to work on it but with the turnout of the election, im just feeling a little defeated on top of everything else in my life right now. this update may take longer than my usual ones. for that I am sorry :(

I was trying to finish up reading about 10 other stories I was in the midst of reading because it was becoming overwhelming to try to keep the storylines straight in my head. I took a hiatus from your work. Originally, I stopped in Book 1 at the chapter after the Coronation Ball, love the smut rewritten into it, by the way. I decided to start again, so now I am starting Book 2. I can't believe I have been gone long enough for you to be 17 chapters in already! Anyway, your writing is amazing, as always! I wanted to tell you reading this was bringing out of a little shock and depression I had reading another Levi Fanfic. This other story fucked me up for a little bit while reading, and made me feel very sad in general. This author's OC turned into like a Taken movie meets House of A 1,000 Corpses. It was just cruel violence. I can take violence and angst, but this was 10 times that! I forced myself to finish it, and it lightened a lot, but reading this after that REALLY lifted my mood. Thank you for sharing, and I hope everything is going really well for you! :) :) :)

going to go see the attack on Titan musical tomorrow in nyc  was going to work on finishing up chapter 18 but that’s gonna have to be put on hold for the weekend

hi guys! for those of you following my second book in the give your heart series, im just making an announcement that im shifting my focus on reconstructing and editing book 1 for a little while. i have a lot of new readers finding it and i want that to be more presentable for them first. im still going to be updating book 2! im writing the next chapter now, i just thought i’d share.
