STARVING YOURSELF DOES NOT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT! You'll gain it back as soon as you become malnourished and sickly skinny to the point where doctors are feeding you through a tube. The most efficient way is to
1. Eat in moderation, eat what you want in small portions
2. Workout. Working out isn't hard, look up some home workouts online
3. Sprinting. Doing 2 minute sprints, resting 30 seconds, do this multiple times
4. Regular cardio-swimming, jog, etc
5. Motivation! Set a positive mindset
If you chose to starve yourself, you'll be unhealthy to the point your body will bulk up as soon as you are forced or decide to eat again ♀️
