          	i’m having constant panic attacks these last few weeks and my mental health is going worse so my therapist advised me to stop using my phone for the meantime. feel free to still update me or rant about anything/everything tho! i don’t mind and i would love to read them all when i get back. i don’t know when i’ll be okay but i hope u won’t forget me and we’re still friends when i do ʚ(*´꒳`*)ɞ
