Isn't it both wonderful and terrible how a combination of words can inflict the most delicious wounds? We're all masochists of the word, drinking in its delectable pain. One simply has to open ones being, expose themselves to the story, to feel it's power in full strength; to feel close to the characters. Only in vulnerability does one become most intimate.
