for those of you who do not know, i am haitian american which makes my parents, like most people in america, immigrants. now, recently on the news i was watching anderson cooper talk about the racist comments that the "president" has made. it was hard to hear him talk about nigerians needing to go back to their huts, haitian's have aids, haiti is a shit hole, etc. of course i was livid hearing those things come out of his mouth, but in all honesty, i am more upset at our country for allowing a man like this into the white house. this is truly a step back and i am ashamed to call him our president.
