About Me

I, of course, like many other writers here, wish to be an authentic novelist. Unfortunately, I simply don't have the skill or motivation. Period. Maybe one day I will.

Other goals I would like to endeavor in is perhaps writing a crack fic. I always wanted to write something that would make others laugh, but I find the things that I write that I think are very serious are the things people think are funny. Very daunting. Leaves me wondering if the things I think are funny may not be funny to anyone else.

I get frustrated that all my fics seem to center around pain and misery, especially when I'm actually very much the opposite of these things. I'm not moody, and am quite friendly actually...But men have told me that they are intimidated by me, and I don't know why!

My reading list is similar to my playlist- All over the place. Example- my playlist goes from every song from Enya, to some really cool songs by System of a Down, to DJ Tiesto and Ferry Corsten, to Flyleaf and Linkin Park, to Yanni and Coldplay, all the OST's of LoTR, Princess Mononoke, and Narnia. Got songs from Cusco, Positively Dark, Bjork, and Imogen Heap/ Frou Frou, and I just discovered Florence the Machine. Like I said, all over the place.

I don't consider myself an intellectual, I'm just a bibliophile. I have a modest vocabulary, but under no circumstances does it mean that I'm smart. All in all, I'm probably the most mundane person you'll every meet, with the very occasional habit of spontaneity. That's about it, I think.
