@FantasticFern fantastic questions!! Annie and Mags did exist in the story you just don’t see them much and I kind of regret that! If I could go back I would add Mags in more because I love her!! I think the victory tour for Reef just completely slipped my mind and that’s why it’s not there haha!! She definitely had one I just didn’t really write it! If I remember correctly I had like the smallest little bit of it in one chapter but it was pretty minor! Her victory tour definitely should have had more to it!
            
            When I started actually publishing the story, I wrote the first three acts and had started my fourth, but that’s something I regretted! If I could go back, another thing I would do is wait until everything is done. By the time I was writing the end of Reef, I was tired and burnt out but I didn’t want to leave people waiting so I kept writing and it wasn’t very good writing! I’m currently writing another Hunger Games fic and this time around I am going to complete the whole story, step away from it for a little bit, then come back and do the edits and rereads! It’s a long process but it’s those little things I didn’t do for Reef that I want to do for other stories! Writing can be super tiring and really breaks you down (in the best way!!) but sometimes stepping away is the best thing you can do for your writing! I should have done that for Reef rather than rush through the last act!
            
            And finally, yes, Newtmas was the inspiration! Kai was always going to find a boyfriend, I just thought it would be entertaining to have it as Newtmas if I had the opportunity to do so!

And did Kit and Kai have some romance to replicate Newtmas (I think it was called). Noticed that their actors were there

            I noticed that Annie Cresta and Mags are neither “shown” or mentioned. Do they not exist in the AU or are they somewhere else. Another thing I noticed too is that there wasn’t a victory tour for Reef. What made you decide not to do one for her. 
            
            How did you write your story? Did you write a chapter then publish it or did you write the whole book beforehand. Also, How long did the story take to make?
