Of Shadows and Roses
          	Hello, old friends—
It's been a long time. Years ago, I was just beginning to dream in words, to carve stories out of shadows. And now… I’m back, with something that feels like it’s been living in my bones forever.

Of Shadows and Roses is a romantasy story about trauma and healing, wolves and memory, and a girl who learns to stop surviving and start becoming. It’s slow-burn, atmospheric, and aches in all the ways I love stories to ache.

I’ll be posting the prologue and first 6 chapters over the next few days, and I’d be honored if you joined me again.

If you’ve ever felt like too much, or not enough—
          	This story is for you.

Hi Amber, just thought I'd pop over and say thanks for fanning. I've no idea what I've done to deserve that but it's always grand to meet someone new. Hope you enjoy anything of mine you happen to read, comment / critique is always welcomed.

Nice to meet a fellow parent of twins too. My boys are 5 now but I remember very clearly the endless nappies, feeding and tiny amounts of sleep. Good luck to you =] Cheers, Gav

Sorry for not having anything to post the last two weeks. Twins were going throw a growth spurt as well as a virus and teething, then I had a migraine, etc. Then I had to really get into the research aspect of the next few chapters (including reading about 75 fantasy and 200 romance novels for some "i like this - i hate that" things for the coming chapters. I'm almost cross-eyed from all that reading.) I've got the garden layout down on paper and most of the castle layout now - minus Haivan's lair (cause he won't tell me anything about it). Started typing up chapter 7 and feel like its flowing along now, so hopefully will have the next chapter up Saturday.
