Oh! I also genuinely loved the diversity. I understood the point you were making about H’s religion being tied to his identity in some people’s eyes. As a Muslim, I have constantly seen people do that, make those assumptions or simply put my religion down due to a bad person making their own separate choices. So those scenes were incredibly important

I absolutely loved Seeing Gray. It wasn’t over-exaggerated, it was incredibly realistic, had really likable characters, struggles that so many people could identify with, and I really liked that it was open-ended in a way that simply left it at, for now, things are fine and they may get better or they may get worse but it was a satisfying conclusion. Thank you so much, it was the first time in a long time I saved quotes from a book because they resonated so much with me!
