@Spottylover5 Yeah he would definitely be different, but he's still not a very good hero. He'll definitely become a good one, he just isn't that amazing of a character right now.
Blaming his parents on his attitude and thinking process makes sense, but you can't really cover for his being-a-not-beyond-plus-ultra-guy completely on his mom or dad. His ego was heavily inflated by teachers and kids around him for his quirk.
Technically speaking, if he had different parents, he would have a weak quirk and wouldn't act as rude and entitled, but that changes his character completely. Just like Todoroki having a different family altogether would result in a plain boy with a normal, happy childhood and probably an okay quirk. He would be pushed to the background, and probably not a hero, since his intentions of becoming one in the first place were showing his dad he didn't need him.
As I said before, Bakugo is a good character. He's not completely horrible because he's changing and developing. He's becoming a real hero. But there's no doubt that he IS still a jerk. And if you want to point fingers at people for his behaviour, you're basically erasing his whole personality and character. He'd be someone else if following these what-ifs. So yeah.
