Ares is a four foot tall dragon (about the size of a very small dog when on her natural form). 

Human: Four feet tall, waist length straight red hair, yellow eyes, tan skin, kinda chubby, horns

Dragon: Red/Gold scales, yellow eyes, tail longer than her body, horns, sharp teeth, no wings (so she's really a drake but whatever-)
