@AGoodOmen just an update but y'know, just in case it interested you your advice really helped. I think I got a few hours of sleep last night and I'm really pumped that I did. I went along the lines of calming videos and instead listened to calming music and it sorta helped out a bit. I can link the video if you want to try it out, if you're still going through the same thing I am. Idk if it's the music that's helping me or the fact that I'm so tired from online schooling, but either way it works for a little while. And I definitely agree, I'm a super light sleeper, my fam stays up late as well, shouting at movie characters. I'm surprised our neighbours haven't called the police on us yet, with all the shouts of 'IF A DARK ALLEY HAS "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK" WRITTEN ON THE WALLS IN BLOOD, DON'T ENTER YOU DUMBO! ' coming from our house. I personally can't watch horror movies but apparently my dad loves them. Just realised this got really long, so sorry about that, oops..!
