          Hey everyone. I didn’t want to post this, but after seeing it happen to people I care about and in Instagram mainly, I am done and triggered.
          
          If you’re a writer here on Wattpad, Instagram, or any online platform, you’ve probably seen this text and random “artists” sliding into your comments or DMs like: “Hey! I love your story, I’d love to make a book cover or portrait for your OC!” or "I love how you structured your story..." BS.
          
          At first, it sounds sweet until they hit you with a price that could literally pay someone’s rent or weekly groceries. (And let’s be honest: most of us are students, workers, or struggling artists ourselves.)
          
          Many of these “artists” don’t use legit platforms like Fiverr, Ko-fi, or ArtStation. They pop up out of nowhere, demand money through DMs, and emotionally guilt you into supporting them “because art takes time.” (and that's social engineering or in another word, manipulation).
          
          I fully respect REAL artists. I value them but this recent rise of price-gouging, low-quality delivery, or flat-out scams using the “support small artists” card? That’s BS and money motivated that cybercriminals/scammers always have this motive.
          
          Here’s my truth.
          
          Sometimes I use AI art as a placeholder. Why? Because when bills are due and I can’t afford a $100 cover, I still want to see my characters come to life. Not because I don’t support artists but because I can’t always afford to.
          
          AI is a blessing and a curse. It helps creators like me stay visual while still dreaming. But it also reveals how out of reach the creative world can be for some of us.
          
          And as someone studying cybersecurity, this is more than annoying — it’s a scam risk.
          
          These DM “commissions” are often phishing traps, data grabs, and manipulative setups. They target your PASSION, your WALLET, and your TRUST.
          
          So writers, please protect yourselves.
          
          Your safety matters more than someone’s pressure.
          
          Stay creative. Stay alert. And don’t be afraid to say “no.”

          Hey y'all, I’ve been quiet lately not because I’ve stopped writing, but because I’ve been processing, grieving, and trying to stay focus. Last month has shook me, as it did to many of us. I never stopped writing. I just forgot to update you all. (Sorry about that!)

          It’s been about a month of writing (and sometimes rewriting/edit while writing), I was fueled by reflection, emotion, and rediscovery because John and Charlie’s story continues to evolve in ways I didn’t expect, which was full of grief, comfort, spice, and love in the midst of chaos.
          
          And while writing this, another personal shift happened. I officially made the decision to change my major from a BA in Political Science to a BS in Government: National Security.
          
          Yeah. Didn’t expect that either.
          
          But after everything I’ve been working on and what’s been happening in the world — I realized this isn’t just a story direction. It’s a calling. One I’m ready to walk toward.
          
          In a few months to a new year in March, I’ll be done with my Associate in Criminal Justice and moving on to a new university, ready to chase something I never imagined I’d find passion in.
          
          Thank you all for sticking with me — even when I’m quiet.
          
          Part 1 is going to be a hit because I can’t wait for you to read what’s coming.

✨Another Moment of Reflection✨
          
          Hey y'all
          
          I'll make this quick since this is not a writer announcement but... I'm just gonna say this.
          
          Justice is now served and I thank God for our first responders who worked tirelessly to find the suspect who has murdered in cold blood over his values that was not meant to harm but to convict people (like me and you) to recognize where our country (United States of America) are heading towards which is violence and to ruin our freedom and censor our free speech.
          
          I'm a proud Pakistani-American and I am no longer ashamed of it because I now realize God has brought me in America for a reason. For his will and I hope that God would use me for his will on whatever life he's trying to lead me too, which is please him (no matter what areas of life I'm at today).
          
          As a writer who tells stories over an interest in heart of romance and action and drama. I do believe that God must have given me that gift to use my voice and my values into this story I'm now pouring into by heart, not to please others but for him only (even though my romance area is still muddy... that part I'm not sure yet but I'll see to it by Him if by in the future of changes or whatever).
          
          Anyways, justice is served and they've caught the suspect and now Charlie Kirk is now resting in his home and his church. I'm now in peace but still grieving like I've lost a second member of my family, only this time, I've lost my brother in Christ.
          
          Please unfollow me if you don't agree my views (because I now do not care where you stand because your beliefs are nothing but violence and destruction over peace and logic and facts). Till then, I do not condone violence nor argue but agree to disagree, which I will respect your beliefs and views. But I will say this, Jesus is the truth and life and only he can change your life like he has done to my life.
          
          I wouldn't be writing this today if Jesus had stirred me to say this in truth. I can no longer to be silent.

✨A Moment of Reflection✨
          
          Hey everyone,
          
          I didn’t think I’d be writing a post like this today… not while I was doing my homework and drafting chapter(s), trying to stay on track but then the news hit in the early afternoon I will never forget.
          
          An activist — Charlie Kirk — someone I had only started following not long ago was taken from an assassin with a political motive that I deem to fear was the leftist (and thank God for the agencies since they have got the subject in custody).
          
          He was in his early thirties. Young and brave and a good man with faith. Someone whose voice mattered and believes in core values of America and life. And his words inspired me. 
          
          Some of the speeches and debates I listened to actually shaped parts of my current WIP, Under Oath. His conviction and belief in truth echoed into the pages I’ve been pouring myself into.
          
          So to hear he’s gone after hours passed… to know he was silenced by a bullet… I’m still processing it. But this has angered more on stupidity and cowardice.
          
          It broke something in me.
          
          It felt — and still feels — like one of those world-stopping moments.
          
          The kind of disbelief that crawls under your skin.
          
          It reminded me of what people must have felt the day before 9/11. That “9/10” feeling. That moment right before everything changed.
          And yeah… I was just a kid back then. I didn’t fully grasp the world on 9/11. But this? I feel the loss in full color and it's heavy that Jesus now have taken him into his arms and he's left with his wife with two young children.
          
          To the activist who inspired many young people like me — and others.
          
          You will be missed. 
          
          You were more than your voice. 
          
          You were courage and a brave warrior in faith and I hope the stories that me and @Callsign-Denmark would leave a mark on our works for the world to read truth.
          
          Thank you for being loud in a world that wants silence.
          
          Rest in peace, Charlie Kirk.
