            simply shaking his head at xia's question, he stopped in his tracks before noticing a very familiar inn. huh, did he change the decorations in front of the door or did the creatures disturbed it again — well. as long as they aren't gone, he's fine with it. plus, they're playful and meant no harm. funny little creatures. makes him miss cats and dogs back at his place. ❛ i guess to put it into words, i ran away and stumbled upon eternalville. i am not a traveller, though. ❜ travis let a small smile lit upon his lips as he patiently answered xia's bombarding questions. at least he have a company now.
            
            minutes later after the questions, they arrived at a small inn. of course, it was wrapped around with tree leaves so that it could be hidden in sight, but travis isn't one for house decoration, so him putting random stuff on his roof and around his house made it look like his home was robbed. fear not, he had put a safe spell guarding his inn. and, well, he might have also adopted a few cute creatures. they lingered around him frequently, jumping inside and observing him making potions silently, how could he not get adored by them ?
            
            nonetheless, the little cute creatures came running to travis upon noticing his figure, circling him around giddily.

夏───  the  male  hummed,  raising  his  eyebrows  as  he  outstretched  his  hand  to  his  front.  "are  there  species  native  to  this  place?"  he  asked,  watching  the  palm  of  his  hand  as  the  glowing  purple  cube  materialized  from  a  multitude  of  other  smaller  cubes,  now  floating  and  spinning  above  his  hand.  xia  is  looking  intently  at  the  cube,  as  if  he  was  reading  something,  before  letting  it  fade  once  again.  "and  why  are  you  here?  i  mean,  you  must  have  come  from  somewhere  else.  were  you  a  traveller?"  he  folded  his  hands  behind  his  back,  peering  over  at  the  other  with  a  grin  behind  his  yet  again  masked  face.
            
               there  was  no  questioning  why  travis  got  attacked,  but  when  xia,  another  human,  came  in;  he  wasn't  attacked.  excluding  when  he  angered  those  spirits.  the  whole  dash  through  this  place,  he  was  only  spared  a  glance.  was  it  because  of  the  paradox  cube  or  his  eccentric,  crazy  looking  appearance  with  a  spiked  mask  and  weird,  stand  off - ish  clothing  that  scared  them  off,  he  didn't  know.  in  any  case,  that  was an  advantage,  at  least.
            
               he  didn't  have  time  to  deal  with  anything  attacking  him.  of  course,  he's  learned  how  to  utilize  the  power  he  was  granted,  but  it  wasn't  something  to  be  toyed  with  continuously.  he  might  die,  and  he  couldn't  do  that.  there  were  far  too  many  things  to  do  and  research  that  it  would  be  a  waste  to  die.  besides,  he  still  had  to  figure  out  the  other  way  to  remove  his  curse.
