          The reason I'm writing you is because I was about to publish a new book which I've worked on for quite some time. But the name I gave the book is Game of Chances, meaning the name you have already used. When I've searched the name two months or so before, yours wasn't shown. But now that it is, I wanted to ask you if it was a problem if I would publish my book with nearly the same name. My storyline is completely different which would mean that nothing except the name would be similar. 
          
          I hope this message reaches you well. And I don't mean to do any harm so if it does bother you, I'd like to message about it further so we can come to an agreement.
          
          Thanks for taking your time to read this message and please, if you could, answer to it as soon as you can because I do still have some things to plan according to the answer you'll give me.

@nicakeyre Hi! So funny thing happened...I don't know if I'm going to publish it after all. With all my (new) projects, there probably won't be any time left for it. Still, I thank you for reaching out to me even if it had been a while ago. If I do ever use that title, I'll make sure to mention you in it too because of your kindness :)

            First of all, I sincerely apologize for the late response. It took me much longer than I intended to get back to you—about five months, actually—because I lost access to my account and couldn’t recover it until now. I truly appreciate your patience.
            
            As for your request, I have no problem with you using "Game of Chances" as your book title. Since our stories are different, I don’t think it should cause any issues. Thank you for being so considerate in reaching out, and I really appreciate your message.
