AMIEDOLL

The development and outlining for my new novel "Crush the Matriarchy" is taking much longer than I anticipated. One of the many reasons for this delay is my recent dive into depression. I've gone months sterile, but never to this extent. I'll have bursts of inspiration for two days, quit writing for two weeks, and then the process repeats. I am still hoping to have outlining done by the end of May, but I'm afraid that this may not be achievable with my current mental state.

But listen, here's where I need your input: I'm thinking of writing yet another Andy Biersack fanfiction to get myself into the habit of forcing myself to write again. (I'm also developing a separate, original novel that is so underdeveloped that it won't be ready until /easily/ next school year. This isn't important in our current situation, but I thought you'd like to know.)

So, what do you think? Who wants a new fanfiction? Perhaps starting this early this summer? Who's up for it! Reply, please!

just finished your story Cursing Out The Moon on Friday night, and, by the epilouge, my chin was quivering from holding back tears! it was written so beautifully! i've never had a fanfic tug at my heartstrings as much as this one did, so thank you dear author for having the ability to write a work as incredible as this one.♡

I decided to go ahead and redo a lot of fanfic covers since I've gotten better with editting over the years. Now they definitely look more appealing! I redid TotS, COtM, and TBYD! Tell me what you think. I'm going to also be redoing my cover for my collection booklet.

Everyone has agreed with me that my short story "Business" is the one I should turn in for the contest. It's the best work I've ever produced. Over the next week or so, expect the story to come down from my Wattpad just in case the judges decide to check and see if I plagiarized anything, and if they find it, that's bad news for me. I'll definitely re-upload it in my booklet after the competition!

Let's all hope I get published! Wouldn't that be a cool conversation starter? (Plus it looks great on resumes and portfolios, haha.)

My creative writing teacher wants me to enter a local writing contest. I need to submit a piece of work by March 31st. If I win, I will get my piece published. There's also a catch: the piece is supposed to not be published anywhere else. I am willing to take down any short story or poem from Wattpad indefinitely for this opportunity (at least until after the contest is over in April). I'm thinking strongly about my short story "Business", though I want other people's input. Any thoughts?
