I just love watching my baby boy grow, he's so expressive despite only being 5 months old. When he looks at me it's like he melts and starts smiling, when he looks at his dad he gets excited and laughs sometimes like he's ready to play, when he looks at his grampa he smiles big, and when he looks at his grandma he'll smile before quickly looking away like he's shy. He's just so stinking cute. He's especially cute in the morning when I go to pick him up from the crib he starts smiling, or sometimes he'll even wake up before me and I turn over to see him laying on his belly looking at me through the bars and when he notices I am looking back at him through the bars, he'll smile this big goofy grin. He's too precious!

@Wild-Alter-Ego Thankfully sleep hasn't been an issue at all. Me and my baby boy already got a nice little routine going so as long as I make sure to burp him good throughout the day he sleeps through the night (well, he kinda wakes and whines quietly when he wants to be fed but he only does that 2 to 3 times a night) and I don't blame you. I was a bit intimidated at first as well since I didn't think I'd become a mother this soon, that and the fact that I'd give birth to the first grandchild on both sides, I was scared I wouldn't be a good mom or would get really bad postpartum depression but thankfully I didn't (or haven't from what I've noticed so far) It also helps that my baby is naturally happy, quiet (well sorta, he's hitting the screaming and dinosaur sound phase), curious, and looks around a lot. He's so calm and happy that the only time I ever feel overwhelmed is when I take him to his check ups (1) Vaccine shots 2) Blood work for his thyroid, it breaks my heart to hear him cry from the needles and I try to remain calm while comforting him) I'm glad you seem to enjoy my fanfic, I do plan on continuing to write it but it will probably be a long while before I can update it again as once again, my baby is VERY curious and needs (and he LOVES) constant attention. It's hard to write and edit while taking care of him. I will continue it eventually though.

@AMOTimePlayer That sounds so adorable! Hopefully you're still doing well and aren't sleep deprived or anything by the time you read this message, and I'm glad you seem to be enjoying motherhood. Honestly even though I'm still young, I'll admit I find the idea of motherhood overwhelming and intimidating. From what I've heard about being a mother from others or online and then seeing your update I'm surprised you're handling it so well, I don't think I could ever if I were in your shoes.
