I find it very odd that people are now calling J.K. Rowling a transphobic, homophobic, racist, etc, etc even though not too long ago she made a huge effort to make characters gay and black YEARS after their original publication. Now, I don’t have a problem with her changing characters like Hermione to be black because it really didn’t matter in the first place. What I think is stupid is burning her books (which is exactly what the Nazis did) simply because she believes in biology.
