I'm a British-born comic book writer, novelist, journalist and editor. My published works include the feminist fantasy comic Another Castle, with artist Paulina Ganucheau, the gay superhero comic Freelance, with artists Juan Samu and Vaneda Vireak, and the pulp adventure novella serial Valentin & The Widow. 

I'm also an Eisner-winner for my work in comics journalism, and a vocal and lifelong advocate for LGBTQ inclusion in popular entertainment. My work often centres on queer and progressive themes.
