          	Germany also refuses to drink alcohol (beer without alcohol-).
          	He refuses to let possible triggerpoints come near Prussia.
          	
          	
          	This is because Germany physically and mentally abused Prussia during World War 2.
          	It grew.as far that he'll beat Prussia til unconsciousness. The same happened to Austria if Germany had a bad day.
          	
          	During the partition Germany calmed down and suddenly his brain ticked right and he begged to see Prussia.
          	
          	America would've allowed it.
          	Russia refused because he didn't want to risk that Prussia get hurt again or possible suffers an anxiety attack.
          	
          	
          	The partition was terrible for Germany, but relieving for Prussia.

          	  I'm not 100% sure but I think it's canon that Austria had to do the dirty work for moustache man during WW2 when Germany wasn't around.
          	  That's why he had bandages around his fingers in one episode.
          	  
          	  But it could also be because of playing instruments all the time.
