Hello! My name is Lyric Gibson and I am a writer. As cliché as it sounds, poetry saved my life. I write fiction, realistic fiction, fantasy and scripts as well. I hope you enjoy my work!

*I create my own covers and all photos on my account belong to me. 

*I absolutely HATE when people use bad grammar and slang. Unless you didn't go to school so you can work for your family, there is NO reason you should be talking like that. I've seen hobos with better grammar than highly educated people. 

*When I get out of college, I want to become a History teacher!

*Many poets spend a long time writing poems but I write all of mine in under 20 minutes. Once the inspiration is there, my mind churns very quickly. 

*I am published in a book called 'Stars In Our Hearts: Keepsakes'.

*I am completely OBSESSED with Harry Potter!

*My biggest achievement was obtaining my Certificate of Publication.

*My dream is to live in a cabin in a beautiful forest because I love nature and I think that it's the most beautiful thing on this earth. 

*I love storms.... Not the ones that rip everything apart, but the ones where lighting lights up the sky and thunder shakes the ground... beautiful. 

*I have EXTREMELY vivid dreams all the time, so I remember every one and write them down in a dream journal.

*I am part Native American and I'm proud of my heritage. That being said, I believe in Animism. (look it up)

*I love children and helping the ones who are not privileged. I believe that you have to do your best to raise your child the right way because they ARE the future.
