Books tells us a great deal on who, what, the author is.
Re-reading this rom-com story never fails to brighten my day. I always wonder on how wise the author is, because this of book one could difinitely learn different lessons on life, perspectives, love, and even parenting.
Charlotte , the female protagonist, really leaves up to its title of being the 'Michievous' Mrs.
Its not the typical 'married to CEO for nth months, contracts chuchu and get money but they feel in love story', the cheesiness is there but its not that cringy one (hahaha). I admit that I usually re-read those chapters like the Lemonade chapter, or the camping chapter, or the cinderilla one. ♀️ The KILIG is super real.
I also admire how well written the book is (I wished I could construct paragraphs the way the author do. The words alone is amazing)
I really like the soundtracks each chapters, it's usually really quaint on what the author likes to show and make the reader feel while reading it.
I realize in this story that being a happy-go-lucky person does not mean a life full of rainbows and cupcakes, but instead it's a life of taking in what the world gives you one step at a time being confident that you are bigger that what the world brings you.
Its not about finding your Prince, who will sweep you away, but its about finding yourself and be your own confident, independent woman. Who knows that she is loved, and does not have to find love. Love will come.
