I hate with my whole heart when people make raphael far too innocent. Yes, he is a very loving—and truthfully kind turtle but do you not see how he hits his brothers in the show itself? He can be very violent and still has bad impulses.
I could say the same about how people mischaracterize ‘Angelo. He’s not perfect either! He isn’t an “UwU I am the family therapist and nobody asks how i am” boy. He can be mean, we see it a lot in the show. Yes, he can be characterized as the family therapist, but he’s the youngest—and considering the family dynamic, he could most likely still share a lot of his problems easily.
With leo they also tend to baby him, but in a different way. they make him rather..”depressed, trans boi, sad kai, emo bart simpson” when he’s not. Yes, we see a lot on the show that he is a very complex person. He’s insecure and really cares about everybody, yet covers it up to apparently not be seen vulnerable. I headcannon his as TransMasc too, but even I, IIIII, somebody who easily makes the characters act differently then how they would, doesnt make his entire personality about being trans.
Now onto Donnie. He is also a very complex character. but again, there’s always that person in the back shouting “He’s so autism!! YIPPIE :333”. as an autistic person, i appreciate the representation; but that’s not his whole personality and you know it.
I don’t know. It just angers me sometimes. yk?

@AWAHHHHHHHIII ★..the way the fandom can be so quick to just, erh, implement stereotypical traits onto characters is pretty annoying, I agree as well =/. The fact that they choose only a couple of traits that seem 'cute' and then just, gloss over the characters other- and equally as important mannerisms is...erh. /neg★

Donnie's lab I suppose-★ ★...or if this isn't what you ment then erhh here's a more specific version of my request: ⭐| So Donnie basically has been getting quite agitated with (borrower!reader's) wants to go fetch him materials, such as screws and small stuff like that- because he believes that they are putting their vulnerable self in danger while doing so. Though, they are quite reluctant to do so, as they are still building up a layer of trust between them. So, with that information- he decides that it is time to put an end to the whole 'fetching thing', not because he doesn't appreciate them trying to help, but because he is concerned about their safety and well being.. and what a better way there is than to keep them secure and under his supervision all the time !! ..Well, in short- he erm, he prepares a little cage for them and tricks them into going in it and if they try to protest or get agitated- or even scared by his decision? He just states how many dangers are out in this world that could potentially get to them. Sure he miss their little gifts and he knows that it might break the thin layer of comfort that they've been trying to build up, but they at least be safe now. ..now ermm- I tried to make this as simple of possible- but I also suggest re-reading my original request once more, since it as well contains information regarding Donnie's and (borrower!reader's) relationship- erm. yeah★ ★..urrh- or if just wanted like, the area and not anything more specific about the oneshot then, I'm sorry for adding unnecessary info (´-﹏-`；).★
