Healing is such a long and painful process you will go through never ending trials and tribulations but I just know that the day you're finally free from all that self  deprecating, anger, pain, depression, anxiety everything will soon make you realize it was worth it. Maybe not the situation that occurred for you to be in that position but sometimes we need to hit rock bottom to find ourselves again and that's okay, but please don't be like me and lose yourself in the process of it

Giving up on your passion is such a hard thing to do but losing yourself in the process of it is just as painful...if any of you are in the same boat as me and just gave up please understand that, giving up decisively also counts as courage and too takes so much time and effort to acknowledge that. I'm proud of you for how far you have come and i hope somewhere along the future you can find something that will make your heart beat again with excitement.
