I just watched the last episode of season seven today because my brother is obsessed with The Dragon Prince and he wanted to show me "Boom boom kiss kiss" episode. The last bit in the credits had me crying my eyes out.

Hmmm does it count as self harm if its from a harmful stim? I was repeatedly hitting my head against the wall and bitting myself because I was too over simulated to cope properly. I should probably stop repressing my age regression now but I haven't had a good time to regress and I will most likely have a mental breakdown or slip into my little space the second I feel safe. Crossing my fingers that I get to see my friend Sunday because she knows I have age regression and is good with kids so she doesn't mind keeping an eye on me when I'm in a little space or watching a movie with me making sure I don't get scared or triggered. I just want to jump around and make lots of loud noises to express how I feel.
