I'm not really sure... maybe you were following someone we were following and you know, great minds think alike so I guess one of us just followed you. Another thing, when you follow people, they tend to follow you back. And when you have followers they sometimes read your stories. But I don't know the specific reason to the follow, but follows are always a plus :)
@lilsies Exactly what I thought! I have literally never written a single book and put a book in my reading list by accident right when i got Wattpad and can't figure out how to take it down.
