There should be a capitalized A at the bottom in the draft/editing screen. Click that and you should see the basic setup of italics and bold.

@DarkLightWorld Well i hope you are able to get them soon, because I am anxious to read more. I also have a question; How did you get italic text in WattPad?

Plus, I had an opening paragraph I had written in my Tablet for the next part. But, the screen broke. So I'm waiting to post until I can retrieve my notes from my Tablet
