I recently made chocolat chaud [french hot chocolate] and i couldn't handle it. I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon so even though i reduced the use of cinnamon sticks and the time it should be soaked in milk it was too much to handle for me. Had a headache and even though i enjoyed making it. I was a little disappointed bcs even after i added chocolate and sieved the mixture TWICE ...it wasn't as chocolatey as i expected it to be. But i'm sure people who love cinnamon would really love chocolat chaud.

I have made italian hot  chocolate [chocolata calda] and damn it tastes realllllllllyyyyyyy good and oh it was thicccccc.....i think i almost choked but i had more fun making it.
