@Aakruti_1025 i have an idea what about  keifer go out of phillipnes for work and then his (keifer) relatives come and then they torture jay and they speak bad about jay and all and don't tell this to keifer cause she don't want him to come and then accidentally jays child does something to that relative and relative takes a action that leads to jays child in hospital and then she calls keifer that our child is in hospital and still does not tell and then when he comes jay faint in his arms and reveals that she is pregnant and the 2nd child should be a girl and then you decide what keifer does to his relative and after that girl born father and daughter duo fully explained and then leap and then a short concluding chapter then end but pls make it interesting in between pregnancy you can add a fight also which leads to stress as they both don't talk for days
