@ Aamagii instead of just crying, I'd recommend talking abt it w/ someone u trust. If there's no one, u could write down how u feel or say it out loud. It helps me calm down a lot and find solutions. I guess being alone for too long forces u to reflect (and not in the nicest way lol)
