I learnt something today which is called cognitive behavioral therapy. It's kinda cool. Having TEB as elements, where T stands for thoughts, E stands for emotion and B stands for behavior. It's how your thoughts affects your emotion and next your behavior. Cool stuff. 
          
          For instance: 
          You're working. That morning you went all hyped up for your work, and then you saw your superiors. You was hi-hello-ing him or her, but then they just ignored you. So you got pissed, started to think they looked down on you only because they were superiors, and because you're pissed, you refused to work whole-heartedly. Just did some work and stayed inside your office instead of doing more. 
          
          So the therapy is like you jotting down these negative thoughts in your mind, and instigate them. Why you think like that? Try to put position encounters to these. 
          
          It is cool I think. Especially for short tempered person like me sobs.
