I have seen a lot this year. And i have also seen how people use u and try to break you just for there own selfishness.
          	
          	But i have also learned very important things.

          	Its ok to have bad days,
          	Its ok to be less than perfect,
          	Its ok to be selfish,
          	Its ok to say NO,
          	Its ok to let go,
          	Its ok to ask for help,
          	Its ok to start again,
          	Its ok to not be ok, and,
          	Its ok to love yourself.
