@AbingG24 If you were successful it is much appreciated. If you haven't done it yet, and are still interested, you may be able to purchase from a book store. I just found out a few days ago that if you request for a small bookstore to order it they may be able to, but I'm not sure if that actually works. You have to ask the store to check on their computer for the title. If it comes up they may be able to order it in. I am not sure what the cost is or how long it takes if this can even be done.

I don't do much purchasing online either. I think that I have actually only bought 2 books from Amazon, though I may have another to purchase. it's not too difficult.
