I don't know if you know this or not but there is a sherlock fanfic called Moriarty's daughter by Prayforbelle1997 that has a chapter called sick and tired. Though it isn't said word for word it is very similar to your chapter in a father's compromise. Feel free to ignore this if someone already told you.
