So… I’m still alive. Kind of. I looked back on my work a while ago and really cringed. I really don’t like how I wrote everything/anything. Since then I’ve been active over the past 2 years in trying to write something that I can make count. I’ve written a total of 34 first drafts, from yugioh, to RWBY, to MHA, to even some originals… I just never found anything that was able to retain my attention or interest. Some of those got up to 7 chapters before I really started to feel it unravel. Being honest, writing’s only really caused me strife, especially when trying to publish it for others. There were fun moments, fun people, fun interactions, but honestly it’s just not worth it to put me through that stress, especially with university coming up. So is this the end? Idk. I’ve started slowing down and writing something that I consider my best draft, but I’m writing a chapter every 2 months, most of them only being around 1000 words each. It might take years, but I kind of do want to finish this. I’ve actually become attached to the characters I’ve written out, and I want to see their story told in the best way possible. But that takes time, motivation, and effort. So will I continue the story behind the scenes? Yeah. I Will. Will it be published? I don’t know. If it does, it won’t be any time soon. I know that if I’m doing this I’m writing the full first section and releasing it all at once. So I guess it comes down to what it actually is. An original story about a child assassin who tried living a normal life with her child genius brother, before realizing she never could escape that old life. And if she can’t escape it, morals be damned, she might as well rule it. Again, no promises it’ll be uploaded any time soon, if at all. So yeah. Bye.
