It's after midnight here and I just managed to post the 6th chapter of the golden gift: blood of angels. Please forgive my sleepy brain that may or may not have missed some glaring editing issues. Thank you all for the continuing support on this work, even through my sporadic and inconsistent updating schedule (alas, but I am still a full time university student) and often slow-burn plot. Those of you who are still here are the best. Thank you all dearly for over 400 reads, the continuing support and don't forget to vote, comment your thoughts and share with others.

          Please complete this survey. It’s really essential that everyone voices how they feel about this so wattpad knows how the users feel about this decision. 

With wattpad removing the forums indefinitely, I’m definitely going to have to re-evaluate working on the golden gift here. It very much feels like they just said a collective ‘screw you all’ to the smaller writers whose sole source of feedback and promotion of their works was the forums. Probably going to look for some other online publishing options if wattpad doesn’t make a statement in the next few days about facilitating something to replace the story services from the community. 
          
          For now, I’m going to upload as usual, and if anyone is interested in some R4R+Feedback, PM me, and if you know anyone who would be interested, pass on this message. 
          
          Let’s just say I am immensely disappointed with Wattpad’s decision as it inherently disadvantages so many smaller authors (like myself) uploading their work here, and it very much seems like they are far more concerned with outsiders perception of wattpad and it’s public image rather than running a usable, functional and effective site for the authors and readers. In the past month alone I have experienced more consistent technical issues (not to do with my devices) with the site than I have collectively in the past 5 years. I really think that wattpad really needs to re-evaluate the goals and purpose of the site, otherwise authors like myself will leave because we now have almost zero reasons or incentive to stay.

It's finally up! the long-awaited next chapter for Golden Gift has been posted :) thank you all so much for nearly 400 reads and the support I continue to get for this work - it really means so so much.
